After you successfully complete the booking process and your payment is processed, Travelcheck will send you an E-ticket with your flight details. It will be sent to the email address you provided when completing your booking. Please always check your SPAM folder, too. This E-ticket is your booking confirmation.
We offer various payment options. We advise to pay with a standard credit card. Alternatively we offer EFT, Instant EFT payment and an Instant Credit solution via our financial service provider partner FASTA.
It is not possible to pay online with two credit cards. You can make separate bookings and pay for each with a different credit card. However, we do not advise to do that.
Your E-ticket will be emailed to you from go! Holiday shortly after the booking is confirmed and payment was successful.
Your reference number can be found on the E-ticket that we email you after booking is successful. Please note that the airline reference number is different to your go! Holiday reference number. You will need the airline’s reference number for check-in which can be found in the flight details section of the E-ticket.
In case you did not receive your ticket please check your inbox's trash and spam folders. If the ticket is not there, please contact us directly so we can verify your email address and resend you your ticket.
Change and cancellation rules vary widely from airline to airline. It always depends which booking class you are booked in. You can contact us to receive full information regarding change or cancellation policies regarding your specific booking.
Most airlines allow you to correct the passenger name at a fee when the spelling mistake is no more than 3 letters in the name. Some airlines allow a name change without a fee if the mistake is 1 letter only. Please note that if a spelling mistake is more than 3 letters most airlines consider this a name change which results in having to cancel the ticket and issue a new one. Cancellation rules will then apply.

Since rules for changes depend on airline and booking class, please contact us directly to get full details regarding changes for your respective booking. Since the Covid-19 pandemic many airlines will let you rebook free of charge and only the fare difference, if applicable, will be charged.
This depends on each airline and the specific airfare you have booked. When you search for your flights, you will notice which airlines include luggage or not. Most airlines that do not include it will allow luggage at an additional cost.

Most airlines offer online check-in, starting 24 hours prior to departure. We highly recommend that you check in from the comfort of your own home using your airline reference number. Please download your boarding pass onto your smartphone for contact-free airport procedures.

For domestic flights, we recommend you arrive at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure. Arrive 2 hours prior to departure for international flights. Please note that due to Covid-19 measures, airport procedures take longer, and we recommend arriving at the airport even earlier.
The rules for this are according to the selected airline and fare. You can find this information for your selected flights in the reservation process or on the booking confirmation. If you are not sure, please contact us and we can check for you. Hand luggage is usually 7 kg for standard cabin size luggage dimensions. This excludes ladies handbags and laptop cases.
No liquids over 100 ml will be allowed in the cabin; this means that you will need to put these items in your checked-in luggage. You will not be allowed to bring any sharp objects, cutting tools or any other object that can be used as a weapon on the flight at all. When checking in online, you will get a detailed list from the airline of all the items that are not allowed on board.
